My areas of interest include relationships, LGBT issues, depression, anxiety, domestic violence/abuse, sexual assault and spirituality.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, Sandtray-Worldplay Therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and meditation and mindfulness techniques.
