I waited 45 minutes to see the physician. I had plenty of time to observe the texting, gum chewing, masks half off and chatting at the reception desk—particularly the more senior of the two women, The attempt by the overworked/harried nurse to get vitals was cursory at best. There is no way she got a blood pressure reading given the way in which the monitor was put on. Dr. Popli was personable and asked several times if I had questions. The appt was for a screening before a routine colonoscopy so not a lot of questions from me. Overall, I’d give a grade of C based on front desk and interaction with the nurse. I also chose Dr. Popli for the convenience of his location and was not told that procedures are done in another location.

It was a great experience working with Dr Zapatier. He takes his time and explains everything to ones satisfaction. He has a very nice bedside manner. In reference to billing I had issues. I was told that if my insurance did not cover the screening procedure 100% I would be notified. After my procedure I received a $700 bill. Office needs better communication with procedure patients.

This was a pleasant experience. As far as a medical procedure goes. The entire team the morning of the procedure were great. Dr. Zapatier has a good bedside manner, especially if you’re the nervous type. I felt…. Nothing. Then I woke up and was out the door. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left was barely two and a half hours as I recall. And you’ll feel fabulous that you did something to give yourself personal care before you REALLY need it. Prevention. Prevention. Prevention.

This was a pleasant experience. As far as a medical procedure goes. The entire team the morning of the procedure were great. Dr. Zapatier has a good bedside manner, especially if you’re the nervous type. I felt…. Nothing. Then I woke up and was out the door. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left was barely two and a half hours as I recall. And you’ll feel fabulous that you did something to give yourself personal care before you REALLY need it. Prevention. Prevention. Prevention.

When he was notified that I was hospitalized due to bleeding he came right over to speak to me and my husband and let us know what would have to be done if it didn't stop. Fortunately it did stop. He explained the process and what to expect and we scheduled the procedure 2 weeks later. After the procedure he confirmed irritation (biopsy came back as UC) and let me know he didn’t see signs of cancer. So grateful for being able to understand and work on controlling my condition. Highly recommended Dr. Katz and the practice.

Doctor listened intently made recommendations and ordered a prescription and then when the client mentioned he didn’t like the taste of the Metamucil fiber he didn’t think to recommend another odorless/tasteless variety of fiber supplements. Ended up getting his PCP to order this and have it put into his diet sodas 2x daily. We also made dietary changes as recommended as well.

Dr. Shephard is very smart, and he really tries to explain my medical situation in terms I can understand. That's not easy, given the gap between his knowledge and mine, since no doctor can spend all day with one patient. I appreciate his calm, gentle demeanor, and I know I am in good hands with him and his team. One negative comment about the practice in the upper office: more vigilance could be paid to proper mask-wearing by staff, even those handling phone calls. Lower office seems much more careful about this.

The entire practice including the surgery center is loaded with caring professionals, who take their job seriously while showing kindness at every step. When approaching these procedures, most patients, myself included (even after two previously over the years) are naturally uncomfortable, however from the first interaction with staff, through the staging, during and after the procedure and recovery, I was made to feel very extremely comfortable, especially with the warmed blankets!

Was 2 hrs out of town and having symptoms of a diverticulitis flare up. Didn’t want to take chance of exposure to corona virus going to a walk in clinic. I emailed your office and explained my problem. I received an email response within 1 1/2 hours from your office advising that a telephone appointment had been made for me to talk with Hanna the next day 3/31 at 11:30am. Hanna called me the next day and I explained my problem and the symptoms I was having. Hanna listened, was very professional and truly concerned about my health. She called in an antibiotic prescription for me near my location and advised me to go on liquid diet to give my colon a rest and how to ease back in to a regular diet. Yesterday was last day of antibiotic and I am feeling great. Thanks to your office staff’s quick email turnaround and Hanna’s quick actions I healed with no complications and also had no exposure to the virus. Thank you so much!

I really appreciate the care provided by Dr. Katz and his team at Palm Endoscopy. They are attentive and helpful, and are careful to maintain the patient's privacy. As people often say, the prep is the difficult (but doable) part. The procedure is easy, and I feel good knowing that I'm hopefully avoiding colon cancer.

I met with Dr. Reddy a few times to help me with IBS. Admittedly not the most serious condition, but uncomfortable and embarrassing all the same. He was patient and thoughtful in his examinations and analysis of what I've been dealing with and was able to make recommendations and prescriptions for meaningful treatments. I felt well cared for and respected despite my rudimentary understanding of my condition. Anytime I hear if someone has a stomach ache, I refer them to Dr. Reddy. Probably overkill, but it could be the Taco Bell or it could be something worse. Trust the experts.

For such an uncomfortable procedure, beginning with the dreaded prep, etc, i was so pleased with the services provided by my doctor, Dr. Sanjay Reddy, as well as, ALL the staff. From the receptionist up front, to the nursing staff, the procedure assistants, and the nurse anesthetist. Everyone was so professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you Dr. Reddy and all.
