“Doctor is great.... but I have had a number of problems with staff”

Myself and my elderly mother have been patients for many years. The Doctor has always been great, but his staff sometimes sucks. I have been promised that things had been done, such as referrals and find out that they had NOT been filed when I was told they had been filed (delay of weeks). My mother has a sever growth on the bottom of her foot. We have been waiting months for the proper approvals to get a brace she needs. I was told today if I was unhappy find a new Dr....WOW

Dr. Stanford is extremely knowledgeable, patient and listens to all my questions and provide very detail and clear answers. He is very through and detail oriented. I feel very comfortable talking to him and he cleared all my questions. Excellent physician and he always got my issues resolved very smoothly. His staff is very nice and friendly. Facility is nice and clean. It's not super hard to get appointment so I really appreciate that. Highly recommend him!

I'm so so so happy i dont have to put up with "I wonder what's behind door number three", at the spin the- wheel- of -doctors- type of places anymore. Ive gotten the doctor that walks in and stands there with gloves and a mask and asks a muffled "blah blah" (i dont know what he said seriously) or the quiet solemn know it all who cuts into your sentences and is insulted you dare suggest you may need a refill on the stuff you've been taking for years...then you get sicker because the junk they gave you didnt work... Well Dr Stanford is both personable and knowledgeable. He listens, He examins, and he's been right on with my medications. And he does it all without a mask... Usually...

“Great Dr but with a poor staff”

Dr Stanford is a wonderful doctor but, his staff struggles. I don't know if they are overworked or just don't care. You'll have to hound them in order to get anything done.
