“Dr. Danielle Mccarron DDS did unathorized procedure”
On 11-22-14, I went to McCarron at American Dental assc/ 1610 w Fullerton ,CHICAGO FOR A ROUTINE exam and cleaning she wanted to do a deep cleaning that was way above the standard procedure and costs more, I declined this option and, specifically instructed her against it and told her to only perform a routine cleaning, which I thought she did. Late I received a notice from my insurance that she had done a full mouth debridment that I had not authorized which is an extra charge. I find this to be unprofessional.
