Quick, Accurate, Helpful

Dr. Allison and Renee Herman were very diligent about this, and managed to diagnose problems that had slipped past other specialists. They acted on it quickly (unlike other physicians I saw about the problem, who seemed to keep coming up with excuses to do nothing) and took the discomfort the problems caused seriously. During surgery, they managed to remove sections of tumor that several past physicians were unable to, which (while admittedly painful) has given me tremendous peace of mind. After the surgery, they have been easy to reach, and they have taken the pain of my recovery seriously.
I would say that Dr. Allison and his team have done a wonderful job, and I'm not sure how I could ask for more.

Gave me hope for my chronic post TKR knee pain

Have been dealing with chronic knee pain since another doctor did my left total knee replacement in December 2017. Have seen several knee revision specialists who offered no explanation for my continued pain. Dr. Allison has referred me for a CT scan and other tests and had a very plausible hypothesis for my problem--possible maltracking of my kneecap. I am very impressed with his thoroughness and kindness and feel that I may have found a doc who can finally help me with this ongoing pain issue. Thanks, Dr. A!

excellent experience

We don't like the drive from Oxnard, but the results are worth it. Dr Allison has provided the latest in knee replacement technology which will give me many more years of mobility.
