When I first came to Cynergy I had terrible back pain. They not only rehabilitated me but taught me how to live a new healthy, strong, and pain free life. In late winter of 2015 because of 5 broken ribs, I was referred to Cynergy - Thankfully! For months, Dr Chivonne we toiled together as she brought me to wellness. Three hours of excellent handling and a soft but always professional and successful approach.
Although my ribs were finally healed, I was diagnosed this past fall with stenosis and arthritis. Dr Chivonne once again has come to my rescue working me through the discomfort and achieving improvement.

Melissa has been treating me at Cynergy Physical Therapy since August 2014 and I can tell that she genuinely cares for her patients. I have received treatment from other physical therapy practices but no other therapists took the approach that Melissa did to determine the causes of my aches and pains. She referred me to another doctor to have X-rays and MRIs taken to determine the sources of pain, then determined an appropriate course of treatment that would alleviate my pain long term. Melissa always asks about how my work situation affects the treatment and continuously adjusts my home exercise regimen to ensure I do not exacerbate any current pain that I am on. I am still receiving treatment now but I can see and feel significant improvement from when I first started treatment. I am so happy with my treatment at this practice that I have referred several friends and colleagues here as well.
