“Great care advice, customized to my skin and preferences!”

I love Dr. Fishman and have had a great experience with her and her practice. Dr. Fishman really gets to know her patients and listens and responds to their needs. I highly recommend her (and have!) for others looking for a dermatologist!

“Love Dr Fishman, not the office”

Love Dr Fishman. One of the best. She and her nurses are so so sweet and listen. Front office staff? Terrible. Makes me never want to come back. They are abrasive, cold and get overly frustrated. Customer service is hard and I have empathy for them. But I would repeat my questions and never get clear answers. Then the receptionist would ask me to come up and ask the same question I previously asked! Clearly she wasn’t listening. Customer service training may help! We’re all doing our best.

“Pleasant efficient visit.”

Very personable and friendly. Addressed my major concerns. Is conservative in her recommended treatments and did not jump to pushing unnecessary or aggressive treatments off the bat which was refreshing and appreciated! Will definitely continue to see her.
