“Great visit”

As a long-time patient of Dr. Leonard, he has helped me and my family members control our diabetes and live healthier. He quickly diagnosed my cancer and heart disease my wife has, I trust him so much.

“Amazing”

Dr. Leonard has been my PCM for 14 years, I am blessed to have had him through this journey I call life. Multiple surgeries, procedures, life events, and changes he has been, for lack of a better word, an amazing part of my heath care team. He listens, is innovative and empathetic every visit.
