Summary

Coastal Eye Group is South Carolina’s premier group of eye specialists. Since 1974, our doctors have collectively devoted over 280 years to providing medical and
surgical eye care to the Grand Strand and its surrounding area. Our ophthalmologists and optometrists diagnose and treat cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and many other eye diseases and conditions. We offer an array of surgical eye procedures, including advanced cataract surgery, specialty lens implant procedures, retinal laser, glaucoma procedures and LASIK. We have offices in Little River, Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Georgetown and Lake City, as well as a free-standing eye surgery center in our Georgetown location.
