Summary

Coastal Eye Group is South Carolina’s premier group of eye specialists. Since 1974, our doctors have collectively devoted over 280 years to providing medical and
surgical eye care to the Grand Strand and its surrounding area. Our ophthalmologists and optometrists diagnose and treat cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and many other eye diseases and conditions. We offer an array of surgical eye procedures, including advanced cataract surgery, specialty lens implant procedures, retinal laser, glaucoma procedures and LASIK. We have offices in Little River, Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Georgetown and Lake City, as well as a free-standing eye surgery center in our Georgetown location.

Catherine Doegg was well informed about my eyes. She and the staff were very careful with the preparation and injections I received. She was very pleasant and I felt most comfortable with her. I would give her a very high recommendation.

“All the employees work well together and are very efficient!”

Dr. D is what the staff call him and I only had a few moments with him because they work very tight on time so I didn’t have that much time with the Dr. The process was very efficient and the staff provided me with much of the information I needed so I feel my time spent with the Dr. was to finalize the plan which is what I was looking for. It was a very good experience!
