“Never felt more seen or heard”
I got a slightly unexpected call, which normally I wouldn’t answer. I’m so glad I did. Dr.Matt is extremely comforting and easy to talk with. We spent over 40 mins on the phone and I honestly could’ve chatted with him for longer. Dr. Matt understands the minds of trauma victims and makes you feel extremely valuable and safe. I wish everyone who needed it could get a call from Dr. Matt. It was just what I needed to remind myself that I know myself best and deserve to take the best care of myself possible.
