Every individual is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. That’s why I use a variety of approaches in my practice, including medication management, nutritional supplementation, guided meditation, lifestyle coaching, and talk therapy such as Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in addiction and substance abuse. I am committed to helping my patients regain their emotional balance by creating a treatment plan that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit.
