“Botox and Filler - Amazing!!!”

For the very first time, I received Botox and Juvederm injections with Vickie (Nurse). Vickie did both injections. She was incredibly gentle, she has a great eye for where to inject and how much and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Chrysalis Cosmetics and Vickie for injections!!!

“You won't find higher quality care!”

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this was the place for me. EVERY person, front office, back office, Dr. Perry himself are personable, kind, happy to see you and answer any question, no matter how small. As an owner of a healthcare practice, I can tell you, Dr. Perry and his staff are quality, through and through. I will highly recommend.
