I had a recurrence of RSD after 15 years. My left foot swelled up and I was in exteme pain, my right foot quickly followed. My upper legs, mainly the quads were in extreme pain for a year.A successful DRG device, for the foot pain, was inserted by Dr. Gonzalez. However the Quad pain required a Burst DR device
Dr. Anijar with his associates Dr. Asaad and John Shaw, successfully, implanted the device. Miraculously, a week later I could get up from a chair without holding on to anything or anyone. And I could walk with only a cane. Thank you Dr. Anijar.

I've been seeing Dr. Weiner, once a month, for almost a year now, so this review is based on that time with her. I am disabled, with several diagnoses ranging from neurological, to muscle spasms, to neck and back pain, and was referred to her practice by an internist who thought I needed a pain dr capable of handling my complex needs that no other pain doctor had successfully managed. Before I started seeing Dr. Weiner, I was traumatized by, & distrustful of, doctors after two serious terminal misdiagnoses. I'd also had every dr I'd seen tell me that nothing could be done to help me, that I was on the maximum dosage of the medicine available to treat my conditions.
Dr. Weiner was different from the start. I'd averaged of 2-3 hours of sleep a day for almost ten years due to a genetic sleep disorder. Thanks to Dr. Weiner, I now have weeks when I average as much as 5 hours of sleep per day. She has helped me in myriad ways; ppl in her ofc are so warm they've become like family.
