My therapeutic approach is integrative, depending on the needs of the individual client and their goals. I draw on evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Self-Compassion, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Systems Theory. I strongly value offering culturally-sensitive and diversity-affirming therapy, and am continually striving to honor my clients’ diverse identities.
Being a psychologist is my purpose and passion. I find personal and professional satisfaction guiding people towards positive changes and witnessing them achieve more fulfilling lives.
