My husband and I have been a patient for several months. We were amazed at the wealth of information that Dr. Updike has taught us. We attended a seminar for new patients and learned alot about how nutrition and overall health plays into our Chiropractic needs and care. His consultation and ex ray review before our first adjustment THOROUGHLY explained our problem areas and what he proposed to do to correct these problems. We have made great strides due to his expert care.
