As far as today's appointment, I was not told of address change. Spent more than hour on the road to come from one location to the other. Even after reaching the new location they made me wait & took other clients who ever came after me.

Great experience once we arrived. Disappointing experience with scheduling. We called and made appt. We were told 1:45 pm. Were told we would receive email so we could pre-register. Nothing came so I called the day before. Receptionist said she would resend. Received email morning of that said appointment at 1:45 but when opening attachment to register, it said 1pm. Also received separate email that said 1 pm. I called and said the appt was scheduled for 1:45. I was told that "She must have looked at it wrong" when scheduling and we needed to be there by 1. Since we did not receive any emails until morning of appointment, this change was very inconvenient as we had another appt earlier that day. We were 13 min late (for the adjusted time) but still w/i grace period. Other than appt chaos, we were very pleased.
