“Wonderful! I’ve already recommended this office to a family member”

Wonderful experience this morning! The staff was friendly and informative. I was checked in right away and did not have a wait time to go back. I knew exactly what would happen during the procedure and I appreciated the fact that I had my results right away and the doctor spent a significant amount of time explaining everything and giving options. The nurse made sure my insurance covered exactly what I would need and took care of it for me. A great experience and I will recommend and already have recommended this office to a family member.

“I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team”

I explained the reason for my appointment and was impressed with the knowledge the doctor and nurse provided me with. They listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and helped me to understand what was going on and what was not happening. I was very satisfied.

“Clean the office and all equipment, to include the the front door. I was not impressed by the nurse killing a spider in the exam room. This makes a difference in overall impression.”

Clean the whole place I. Walls. Doors , equipment. Make the customer feel in a clean environment.
