A very experience. Tom the technician was really good, kind. Dr. Dominic Toliano was very nice and personal and listened. Nurse Salina Castaneda was great. Had a great experience with all three and had some laughs too. The only small issue was when we were checking out, the gal doing scheduling was not so nice and pushy. (Don't know her name, blond with glasses).

I liked how the doctor came and introduced himself before all the tests started. We met again after all tests results for consultation. All procedures were explained in detailed. I loved the visual aids that gave me a better understanding. He was so patient. He answered all my questions and I felt reassured he would take good care of me. His staff was kind and friendly as well. Very polite and respectful.

I was a bit anxious when I arrived at the office, not knowing what to expect. But everyone was friendly. Spent time explaining the procedures and answered all my questions. Did not feel rushed or pressured.
