“Everyone in the office was so refreshing”

The whole process from check-in to check-out was nice. I was greeted with a smile and that made a big difference in my visit. Everything was thoroughly explained to me which left me with very few questions to be asked. I didn't know what to expect but the outcome was positive. Thank you so much
