Our facility is located at 9201 Sunset Blvd., Suites 405 and 406 in West Hollywood at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Doheny Road in the Sunset Medical Tower. The underground parking entrance is on Sunset Boulevard just before it becomes Doheny Road. Parking is available by valet only. Self-parking is not offered.
