The Patient Departure Lounge is located on the street level of the Pavilion. After coordinating patient pickup at the Departure Lounge, enter Pavilion Parking from the southbound lane of San Vicente Boulevard. Take a ticket at the gated entrance. While the first hour in Pavilion Parking is free, parking after the first hour is charged at regular rates. We encourage you to arrive shortly before your pickup time to avoid extended waits and parking charges. Once inside the gated entrance, follow the signs to the Discharge Patient Pickup lane. When you are safely parked curbside, call or text the patient to let them know you have arrived. A Cedars-Sinai nurse will escort the patient to the pickup lane.
