UofL Health has launched a partner network with Carroll County Memorial Hospital to allow more patients, communities and providers to benefit from the specialty expertise of its more than 800 academic health providers. Carroll County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) is located in Carrolton, KY, primarily serving the residents of Carroll, Trimble and Gallatin counties with a regional population of close to 30,000. UofL Health physicians will see patients in CCMH’s specialty clinic, located within the hospital, seeing patients on a weekly and monthly basis, depending on the need.
