Congestive Heart Failure Clinic

Our Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Clinic offers coordinated care for patients who need closer monitoring and support. The clinic — which operates out of this office and Bayhealth Cardiology, Milford, Sussex Avenue — brings together a cardiology specialist and a pharmacist to oversee medications, symptoms and therapies like IV diuretics.
