CU Medicine Nephrology offers our patients expert care within their local community. We are an outpatient facility that sees and treats patients for all kidney-related conditions and specializes in diagnosing acute causes of kidney dysfunction and long term management of chronic forms of kidney disease. (At this time we are not able to provide care for patients that are currently on dialysis.) We uphold consistent physician-patient communication in order to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets each patient’s goals and needs. Our goal is to educate and inform our patients throughout their experience so that they can make effective choices and maintain their independence.
