“No respect”
This doctor and her staff are horrible. I saw that she had an office close to my home so I chose her as my primary doctor....First I had to wait three weeks for my initial appointment, showed up and the front desk lady tells me she is out, tell me come back next Wed. I show up the following wed. she had meant the following....oops! They Reschedule me for a week later at which time we go to the office and find out Dr. is sick, cancelled again. They don't re-shedule me I have to call my self....Finally they give me an appointment for 06/13 they call me Friday everything is good, come Monday. I didn't have my phone Monday, so I show up expecting things to be ok this time since we had confirmed not two days before, AGAIN DR. is out. At which point I start to cry "What disrespect is this, my husband has been hurting in his knee he can't go see a specialist until the primary physician sees him, this lady dragged us around for 8 weeks. She has the nerve to advertise herself as a primary Dr.....It's a joke I am looking for a new Dr. today . I will never step foot in your office ever AGAIN!!!
