“Dr. Bitner and team exceeded all of my expectations.”

From the moment I stepped into the office, the entire team welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bitner took his time to get to know me and truly listened as i explained all of my concerns and desires for my nose. My cast was removed today and it truly is everything I ever hoped for. The office is beautiful and very clean and everyone inside of it is just as great!!

“one of the best”

My overall experience with Doctor Bitner and his staff went better then I could've imagined. His staff was very informative about everything and very attentive ! Dr. Bitner knew what he was talking about and he helped me answer any of my questions along with his suggestions he had for my Nose. His overall professionalism and knowledge was exceptional. I rate this as the best because his staff was also amazing. I thank Dr.Bitner and his team for everything.

“No regrets”

As with I am sure most people. Making the decision to get a hair transplant is a scary one. It is something that I felt could easily go the wrong way. I made the decision to move forward and I am happy I did. It never felt pushy and I was educated on the different methods and able to choose what I wanted to do. I was worried it would look obvious that something was done in a negative way and I am a year in and I have not had anyone question it. I am pleased with the result and would recommend anyone that is thinking about it to do it.

“EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!!”

I have looked high and low for years for a surgeon to fix my nose. From Beverly hills to New York! countless consultations and referrals. I chose Dr. John Bitner because of his extensive gallery of before and afters and also for his great advice. The staff was so amazing and kind and very knowledge of the procedures. I highly recommend this team! Never felt so confident in my own skin!!! Cant thank you enough(:

“Couldn't have been better!”

Someone I know referred me to Bitner Facial Plastic Surgery and I definitely now know why. They were very helpful and understanding from the beginning. I had a moment where I was feeling anxious about my procedure and they were very encouraging and patient with me. I am so happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone! “Great Results!”

I had a Mohz surgery done by my dermatologist for basal cell carcinoma. It was supposed to be an easy one-cut and done procedure. Unfortunately, 6 hours and 6 cuts later I had lost almost half of the skin on my forehead. The carcinoma was embedded more that originally thought.
I was sent immediately to see Dr. Bitner. The wound was huge and open and I did not have time to research a plastic surgeon. I was devastated by reflection in the mirror!
Dr. Bitner and his staff were AMAZING! They were kind and comforting and explained the procedure that would happen next to fix my forehead the next morning.
I went home that night and googled reviews on Dr. Bitner and read a lot of good things. This put my mind at ease a little. My plastic surgery the next morning went easy. Everyone was beyond helpful and caring and addressed all of my concerns. I really can't explain how much they put my mind at ease.
6 weeks later and I can't believe my results! I can't recommend him enough!
