“The Best”

Every time I go to Dr. Harper he is always so kind and caring and doesn't rush me in and out. He listens to any concerns you may have and takes the time to work with you to figure out what is the best solution for you specifically. Would recommend to everyone!

“Hand and elbow surgery”

Dr Harper is a good hand surgeon I love the way he and his staff’s take care of me as having diabetes I was scared to have any surgery and when I saw how good my hand and elbow healed I just got dr Harper to do next hand and elbow so thank you Dr.Harper you are the best.
