Is very comforting to be around, very relaxed atmosphere. very helpful with first visits and makes scheduling a breeze. very kind hearted, no surprises lays everything out of what you're going to and how to do it. easy to work with, and always on time! no long waits, almost no waiting at all. will help you any way possible. extremely polite and courteous and understanding.
