We offer individual therapy to young adults and specialize in self- esteem & identity issues, sex& intimacy, dating & relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions and self-care. We work with our clients to help them achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall well-being through a compassionate and authentic approach that emphasizes importance of the therapeutic relationship.
