“On the right path now thanks to Bethany”

She listened well. She gave me my diagnosis and set up a strategy to get healthier. She wrote everything that I needed to know down for me so I wouldn't be confused later.
My blood sugar was very high. Now, it is normal and I'm feeling better. I'm eating and exercising better too.
