I saw Barbara many times over a five year period. She helped me immeasurably, always with patience and kindness. Her methodology is to help you find your own answers, not to tell you any answers. Her questions are thoughtful and probing. She assisted me through a horrible divorce, my recovery from that, and a job loss. I turn to her when I need help to cope with something in my life or when I want to work on some aspect of my behavior. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is a JEWEL!
