The clinic is contentiously located in Bellevue near the Overlake Hospital with ample free parking space and wheelchair access/elevator. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-1. We accept Health insurance, Auto insurance and Worker's Compensation. We have flexible payment options and senior discounts.
