While I tried all kinds of PT and injections, avoiding surgery, I finally made the decision to move forward with a 2 disc replacement. The surgery went well and the immediate recovery was difficult, but as expected. I'm now 10 months post op and I am exercising, building strength, and really regaining mobility.

At first, I was afraid to have the lumbar herniated disc surgery but Dr K reassured me that having this procedure will alleviate if not eliminate the pain therefore after doing my own research and reading his reviews I decided to have the procedure done. OMG, it was one of the best decision I made in my life after recovering for about 6 weeks from the surgert the pain is absolutely gone. I am back to normal thanks to Dr K.
