“Caring Doctor”
It took a few days longer than I had expected to get in to see him as he appears to be be booked out. However, I was treated like a member of the family from check-in, by nursing staff, and by Dr. Cawley's care team. The office waiting room furniture is a bit dates, but Dr. Cawley and his staff are up to date on current treatment protocols, and guidelines that are only days to weeks old. He took extra time with me to fully review and discuss different options for treating my concerns, and he appeared to take the extra time to find out what is important to me and to my family, then actually listened. I was amazed to hear him say that a medicine isn't always the answer. He had staff there that were able to help me navigate through concerns and to specialists offices and helped me get the appointment with the specialist I needed in Denver. The whole process was so much smoother than I had expected. I wasn't too excited about having a new young doctor and I chose Dr. Cawley randomly, but this is better than any previous clinic I've been at.
