“Thorough”

Dr. Pocurull will make sure that all my questions have been answered and I understand what we are doing in regards to my health issues. He is thorough, listens, and I trust his decisions. I make my appointments every time I come in so it is not difficult to get in for my next visit.

“Makes me feel like my concerns are valid”

Dr. Pocurull always goes the extra mile and makes me feel like my concerns are valid. He offers options for treatment and will provide information. He will make sure the treatment is helping and if not change it until it is the right one for me. I am thankful for his care.

“No complaints”

I have no complaints with this office. Dr. Pocurull keeps my pain at bay and stays on top of my care. I get routine labs to monitor my health issues. The staff are great and quick to get you taken care of.

“Always takes good care of me”

I appreciate that Dr. Pocurull is very thorough and gives me the opportunity to ask questions. I know that I am getting the best care with him! He always takes good care of me and I have never felt uncomfortable or ignored. He is willing to discuss any alternatives and provide information on them.

“AOCBV has greatly improved my quality of life”

The AOCBV has greatly improved my quality of life. I am sure that walking would be almost impossible without the treatment I receive. Dr. Pocurull listens carefully to address issues and offers a solution. The staff responds to communications promptly. I am grateful for all that you do to improve my ability and enjoyment of life. The request for injections has improved and appointment availability which is paramount!

“Helps keep my pain to a minimum”

Dr. Pocurull has helped keep my pain to a minimum. He works with my other doctors to make sure that everything is working for me. I rarely have to request refills as they stay on top of that. I am able to schedule my appointments each time I visit to make sure my treatment remains on schedule.

“always polite”

Dr. Pocurull is quick and thorough. I know what my treatment plan is and any questions I have are answered. I am provided information on medications and diagnosis or other resources that I may need to maintain my issues. The staff is always polite and helpful.

“Very good doctor”

Dr. Pocurull is a very good doctor and very understanding. I sometimes forget I have an appointment, which is happening more and more, they are able to get me back in fairly quickly. They are always kind and willing to make sure I am taken care of.

“I will always see only him”

There was a time when I felt like (physically) nothing was working. I burst into tears with Dr. Pocurull about it. He was stern but respectful about giving it time and respecting the process. He was correct and we've been in front of my pain ever since. I live in Hemptstead and work in Houston, but I will always see only him in B/CS!
