Dr. Amanda Gutierrez never gave up on the tiresome task of trying to help me face reality (and accept it). She is especially knowledgeable in teaching emotion regulation skills which can help prevent regrettable behaviors that keep oneself stuck in a never-ending self-defeating cycle of anger, guilt, and shame.
