“Poor staffing.”
Dr. Crum is a fine practitioner; however, her staff is decidedly lacking. They blame technology frequently for their own mistakes (i.e. a new computer program, a fax machine didn't work). They lost my child's glasses, failed to order replacements for broken frames, and in all took 3 months to finally get my child seeing again (with repeated nudges from me). Once, when I was attempting to contact them, they closed the office, left the answering machine repeating to call back during office hours (which I was), and left a paper note on the door stating they were all off at a meeting. I cancelled future appointments and will not be returning.
