“Long wait time and billing issues”
I waited for over 2 hours for my appointment even though I had booked the first appointment of the day. However, it looks as if at least other 5 people had the same time as I did. We all waited for a long time till the doctor showed up in the office. Moreover, the office billed the wrong insurance which I am still in the process of trying to sort out. Staff was not helpful and have since became rude when I called them about their error with the billing.
