I’m an action-oriented psychotherapist for adults who want change, not just talk. We set clear goals and use practical skills you can apply right away. My integrative, mind–body approach pairs evidence-based therapy with nervous-system regulation, somatic awareness, and simple breathing/grounding and routine shifts so relief shows up between sessions. I focus on trauma (including C-PTSD), anxiety/panic, mood disorders (depression/bipolar), and addiction recovery support. Care is LGBTQIA+ affirming and adults-only. Sessions are online across California and Nevada, with optional walk therapy in Beverly Hills. Small, personal practice—when you reach out, you meet with me.
