“Friendly”

Very pleased with staff and service. My daughter never dreaded appointments because staff was friendly. Her end result was beautiful and her treatment was worth every penny. When I had to reschedule appointments due to unexpected problems at work I was always accommodated and treated courteously. I have recommended Dr. Mireles and his staff to friends I know who seek an Orthodontist.

“Awesome”

I have been more than pleased with Dr. Mireles and his staff at Alamo Orthodontics throughout my orthodontic treatment. The entire process starting with the evaluation, to having my braces put in, coming in for my adjustments, have all been a very positive experience. Melissa and Nancy at the reception area always greet me with a smile when I arrive and very helpful on the phone as well. His staff is always cheerful, ready to answer any of my questions and genuinely concerned that I am comfortable during my visits. Dr. Mireles is easy to talk to and addresses all my concerns when needed. He has also been awesome about complimenting my progress and letting me know the status of my treatment. Both my children also received their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Mireles and as a parent, I was very satisfied with the treatment my children received. When it was my turn for braces, Dr. Mireles assured me that I would be pleased with the outcome. As I get closer to the time that my braces are removed, I already see a great improvement in my smile. I know that along with the treatment, Dr. Mireles and his staff have assisted me in making everything go smoothly. I have and will continue to recommend Alamo Orthodontics to anyone because I know without a doubt, they are coming to the best in San Antonio. Thank you Dr. Mireles and staff for making my orthontic experience an extremely positive one!

“Excellent”

Dr. Mireles is excellent at what he does. I have been more than happy with the results I have seen from his treatment. He is kind and good-hearted, and I feel like he genuinely cares for his patients and their dental care. I would recommend his facility and treatment plans for anyone who has doubt about his/her smile. Dr. Mireles is the best man for the job.

“Great”

To start off wow what a Doctor Mr. Mireles is and the staff at his office. They treat you like family and I should know. All four of my children have had brace done by him and it seems every time we come back it gets better and better!! Thank you for making my kids have better looking teeth so they can smile with confidence!!! Thank you From the Montgomery's.

“Great”

I am very pleased with the facility, staff and Dr Mireles on the amazing orthodontic care they provided to my both daughters Desirea and Angelina. The ladies at the receptionist desk especially Melissa was so understanding and helpful when appointments needed to be changed. I am a very proud parent that both of my beautiful daughters were extremely happy with their orthodontic care.

“Professional”

My oldest son was treated by Dr. Mireles years ago, and currently is being treated by him with further work. I trust Dr. Mireles and his staff in caring for my son and I am currently bringing my younger son to be treated also. I have confidence Dr. Mireles and his staff will give my children exactly what they need individually. They have always been professional and considerate.

My experience here with Dr. Mireles has been great and I wouldn't change anything! From the very friendly staff to all the updated equipment, to the flexibility, little to no wait to be seen, etc. It has truly been then best experience! I would also like to thank everyone here at the office for their outstanding work!

“Professional”

Dr. David Mireles at Alamo Orthodontic Care made wearing orthodontic braces a positive experience. They explained the whole process from at the first consultation. They were very professional with the care of my child. There were no hidden fees and the outcome of the whole procedure was incredible. My son's teeth are amazingly white and straight. I have a second child which may need orthodontic braces and I will definitely take her to Dr. David Mireles. He is a very gifted professional who knows his business. “Great”

I first brought my son in a little over a year ago. His teeth were very crowded causing his teeth to loosen other teeth. Since beginning treatment with Dr. Mireles, I've seen a huge improvement. His teeth are straighter, there is no more crowding, & his teeth are no longer loosening because of it. I am very happy with my sons results.
