“Difficult to connect with/inaccurate reporting”
Jody completed an evaluation of my husband without even seeing him. Her evaluation resulted in his immediate removal from his Assisted Living home of 9 months. I have attempted to contact her, information listed on several websites is inaccurate. Some of the documentation included in her report is inaccurate and potentially harmful to my husbands future care.
