“Always look forward to seeing Dr. Penn.”

Dr. Penn is probably my favorite physician. He is very thorough and explains things well. There hasn't been a time when I've left there saying Dr. Penn is so good. His pleasant demeanor always has you leaving there glad you chose to go to him.

“Very helpful; got clear understanding of my problem.”

I've been living with pretty severe pain ever since my 2 kyphoplasties last summer (done by a provider outside of Orlando Orthopedic Center). Dr Penn was patient listening to my complaints and agreeing that there did not seem to be any definitive reason shown in my MRI's for the amount of pain I was experiencing. He gave me a cortisone shot, which helped a lot, and referred me to physical therapy. I've just begun the PT, but I feel optimistic that I can reduce my pain greatly.

It was a good office experience except for the Heavy doors. I
recommend an automatic door opener, is greatly needed.

“He reviewed my scans didn’t alarm me.”

I like the way he came in the room totally prepared after reviewing my scans. Prescribed me some medication,gave me a prognosis and gave me a phone number to call if I had any further needs or problems. We moved to Melbourne Beach but I would travel to see him again. He has a very nice and caring bedside manner.

“Amazing!”

I really appreciate the dedication that they give me on my process of the surgery. Every day I receive a call for the team for let me know every step that we are going to do. They explain everything and never let me alone when I was there in the clinic for my surgery. And like I said before they are a dedicated team. Amazing experience.
