“Awesome Experience”
I had hurt my knee the thursday before the marathon in 2009 and by Sunday I ran a personal best. An orthopedist ran his finger on my knee and said dont run! gee thanks! Dr. Ingham imaged the knee taught me how to ART a few key muscles in the area and never had a problem again. oh yea, did I mention I ran my personal best 3:23.
