“Absolutely unproffessional”
I contacted Dr. Gardner to make an appointment in February of this year. We had an appointment scheduled for Feb. 22. She called me that morning to say that she had accidentally double booked and had a hair appointment so we needed to reschedule. It was disappointing, but I understand that things like this can happen (still kind of unprofessional to say that you're canceling on a client to get your hair done...). So she rescheduled me for today, March 12th. I go in, there is someone else waiting as well and I don't have a great feeling about it. Turns out, she just assumed I wasn't coming because she hadn't heard from me since we had spoken on Feb. 22nd. I realize that not all doctors do confirmation calls so I didn't think anything of it, but she said she had tried to get ahold of me and I had no missed phone calls the days or weeks prior to today. It is so incredibly unprofessional to treat existing and new patients this way. I'm surprised that she has patients if this is the way she conducts her business.
