“Office Manager is not nice or helpful.”
I went in and gave the office manager my insurance card. She made a copy, told me they took my insurance, and told me she would call me and leave on my voicemail what the copay would be. She called the next day, and left a message telling me to call if I needed to cancel my appointment, not giving any indication that anything was wrong. I put off going to see family for Christmas to make this appointment. When I arrived, she said I would have to pay out of pocket to see the Dr. they didn't take my insurance. I was extremely upset, but she didn't care. She wouldn't give me the name or contact of the owner so I could call and complain, or anything to give a review. This is frustrating, because I have been here many times before and I really like the Dr. The manager's name is Jocelyn.
