“Dr. Horowitz is warm, thorough, detailed, fine back office”

I've been seeing Dr. Horowitz for multiple decades. He's always interested in my eye health, recommends in-depth retinal exam as optional, assures me no glaucoma, etc. It's reassuring to know that he's so interested in my eye health.
