“I have read the provider's revie...”

I have read the provider's reviews and know he is good at what he does; however, I felt the appointment with him was rushed. I felt as if he wasn't really listening to my concerns/issues. When he gave me the diagnosis and treatment options, and asked if I had any questions. I felt so rushed and unheard that I had not been able to think of any questions at the time.
