Dr. Bilan always listens to my concerns and tries to provide care for any concerns I have. He gives referrals when needed and answers my messages pretty fast in MyChart. I feel very grateful for the doctor and his team because nowadays it's hard to find someone who really cares, listens and gives you and your family the care that you need.
