“I LOVED DR. YEN NGUYEN! I wish ...”

I LOVED DR. YEN NGUYEN! I wish I had more doctors as interactive and down to earth as her. She explained/inquired/asked questions that may me feel extremely comfortable. There needs to be more doctors with her bedside manners. She was very approachable and I felt that I could tell her anything. Felt as if I had known her my entire life. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen for the experience.

Dr. Yen Nguyen was kind and knowledgeable and made the effort to help me get the best prices on the products and prescriptions. She even had basic knowledge of insurance and how to go about getting approval for prescribed medications and treatments.

“Dr, Nguyen and staff were great ...”

Dr, Nguyen and staff were great at listening to my concerns of vision pain & limitations. The staff was thorough and polite In testing my vision (eye chart) and provided radiology of my optic nerve pictures showing that the nerve Is thickening. The glasses she provided previously has been working well when needed occasions & my eyes have improved! I am rescheduled for follow up in 6 months. I thank them for their professionalism and effectiveness.
